1. Scope

This policy applies to posterkaaran.com, design.posterkaaran.com, and the Poster Kaaran Android app. “Poster Kaaran”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the Poster Kaaran team based in Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address, profile image and account identifier when you sign in with Google or another supported method.
• Creative content: photos, logos, text, templates and other material you upload or create in the editor.
• Drafts and settings: saved designs, editor preferences and information needed to reopen your work.
• Support information: messages and details you send through email, WhatsApp or other support channels.
• Purchase information: product, plan, transaction status and provider identifiers needed to confirm access. Payment providers process full payment credentials; Poster Kaaran does not receive your complete card or bank-account details.

Information collected automatically

We may receive device and browser type, operating system, IP address, language, approximate region, referring page, pages or features used, timestamps, crashes, performance information and advertising identifiers. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies may keep you signed in, preserve settings, measure usage and support advertising.

3. How we use information

• Provide templates, editing, draft saving, export and account features.
• Verify purchases, subscriptions, usage limits and Pro access.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve Poster Kaaran.
• Respond to support requests and important service messages.
• Understand feature usage and measure website or app performance.
• Show and measure advertising for eligible non-Pro users.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our rules, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your uploaded designs or personal photos.

4. When information is shared

We share information only when needed to operate the service, complete an action you request, protect users, or meet legal requirements. Providers may include:

• Google services for sign-in, Android distribution, analytics, advertising, crash reporting and Play Billing.
• Payment providers such as Google Play or supported web-payment processors for transaction processing and verification.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver the website, editor, storage, databases and rendering services.
• Analytics and diagnostics providers that help us understand performance and fix problems.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

5. Advertising, analytics and cookies

Free users may see advertising. Google AdSense and other Google advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, limit, personalize and measure ads. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

You can review or change Google advertising preferences at My Ad Center. Browser settings can block or remove cookies, but some sign-in, draft or preference features may then work differently.

We also use analytics to understand aggregated activity such as page visits, template opens and feature usage. We configure analytics to avoid intentionally sending the text you type into designs or the private content of your uploaded images as analytics events.

6. Storage, retention and deletion

Information may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention differs by data type and account status.

You can delete supported drafts from the product. To request account deletion, follow our CookiesContactDelete Account instructions. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, fraud-prevention systems, transaction records or where law requires retention.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, storage system or security measure is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Poster Kaaran is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict some processing, or withdraw consent. You may also sign out, remove browser storage, change device permissions, manage Google advertising preferences and cancel subscriptions through the payment provider.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our products, providers or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated inside the service when appropriate.
